Default I have a question about a member

I did a search today to try and find a post that I wanted to reply to about Diacom, anyways a bunch came up. I clicked on this older post not pertaining to what I wanted, The guy was Dave_N out of Newport Beach CA with 573 posts. My question is reading thru some of his replies, he seemed extremely sharp about EFI / MPI diagnostics on the marine side. What happened to him, I am just asking because I am trained on this stuff as well but like to read what other people report on the diagnosing this stuff. I am giving him a lot of credit here because he was up on the marine diagnostics especially during that timeframe. Was he a marine tech or an instructor ?

"Was he a marine tech or an instructor ? " no, just a show off... we had him killed for the common good of all man kind... he was modifying boats to consume additional gasoline... keep it green!

I remember Dave_N and got a lot of good tech info from him.

He probably got tired of all the BS on this site and moved on. It's not like it used to be.

THX Dave M for the reply. I would bet what you are saying is so true. A guy brings a lot to table and some internet want a be marine mechanic ran him off. Anyways that was my guess as well. Also it takes one good mechanic to know another.

every time i had tech questions or needed to be pointed in the right direction boat wise someone on oso was always there to help... its probably the best offshore site by far... you have a few dikwads on every site.. rm
