What he said. They run really good in rough water but slow. If you are looking at one with twin 225's its going to be real slow. With twin 300's vrods they run like 53 more or less. Most 33's have triples on it. They have been around for a while since the early 90's but have changed hands many many times. They are popular here in Miami. Every one that lives in Hialeah has one being pulled by an H2.

The 33 you rode on in miami with the 300's, were both motors running?????? I will post a gps pic tomorrow afternoon.

Yup...wasn't pass mid 50's. If you have lab props high x, low fuel, crew and equipment than that's different. None the less great rough water machines
If I'm not mistaken, they are based off the old 36 Cig. They also have a wide beam.

Thanks guys.
I've been told with some etec 225s this boat cruises 50 tops 63, 64.
I guess I'll find out.

Basically if I get a 50 mph cruise in something that can take a little slop and it's turn key 365 days a yr I'd be content.

for a couple weeks.......haha

Then I'd start saving for some vrod 350s

My friend has a 2008 with twin 275 and best I've seen is 56 with the arch open.
