Not sure how big you're wanting to go, but dad got a car port installed for a good price and then bought extra metal a couple years later to close the sides in. Works out great for keeping the boat out of the elements.

Just throwing that out there too

Thanks guys, gives me a lot to think about. Those are real nice wigs I had the land. Gonna have to squeeze in a good size in a small area.

If you're going to access it in the winter don't slope the roof over the doors! My 02 from father in laws building! Avy in waiting, or very large berm to negotiate.

Mines 42x64 , 30 x64 is heated, 12x64 is cold storage. It works great, 3 overhead doors.
