We were in freedom next to them, the helicopter only followed us a few miles out on that run where the seas were only 4'-6' about 3/4 of the way the noaa bouy was showing 8'-10' with occasional up to 14'... I had some really good pics and video of scaredy cat up in the air but then the waves were crashing over us into the cockpit and my cameras was ruined when it floated past me in the cockpit, and the go-pros were knocked off the deck when we went through some waves.

this pic was right when we left then I put my phone away.

Real 4-6's lol... those shots were the loosest I've ever seen seen a cat piloted... most would have went back n put the boats on the trailer. Hats off to you all living the offshore dream.

Those are some scaaaary looking waves. We are definitely not in Kansas anymore Dorothy.

There they are... maybe the guy driving the boat is a maniac lol but I love it. Big stones... big water.

Now I've never heard a thing about this 482 model and wonder why it it hasn't been brought into the discussion. I would think this might be a whole different animal....
