Bilge pump replacement
2 Attachment(s)
It may look easy to get at but its buried beneath a 502 and only my phone can get a good look at it. I would like to know what brand it is and how it attaches. I do not want to change brands because I would have to try and mount the new one with new holes, and that's not happening, especially in this SW Florida heat combined with my shape and age. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure that is a Johnson brand pump. Check Cabela's, I think they still sell them. You're gonna need an inspection mirror or more photos to verify this, but I think you'll find 2 locking tabs 180 degrees apart. Push them in and the pump portion should lift out of the mount.

Here's a link to Cabela's, you'll need to know GPH to get a replacement.

Good info on the link above. Your old unit should snap right out of that base, and a new one snap right in.

Thank you gents. I bought a new Johnson pump to match the original base. It will snap right into the base with no mounting needed.
