Default Boat/Trailer Storage Lift

I just bought a storage condo for my boat. It's 14'x36' with 22' high ceiling. It has a 10'W x 14'H roll up door. I am considering buying a four post storage lift for boats so I could lift the boat and trailer up in the air and still have the whole floor available for all my other toys. I could build a loft at the same height as the lift so that I could work on the boat when it was lifted level with the loft. I am looking at a Bendpak HD-7500BLX which can raise the boat 82" above the floor. They have another model the HD-7500PBX which will raise the lift a total of 140" but it is twice the money. I have also looked at the backyardbuddy lifts as well but it looks like it won't fit and support my trailer as well. My questions are do any of you have a lift like this or have you used one of these? What do you think about the Bendpak stuff? I may purchase a 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton pickup in the future so I may want to park my truck under the lift. IT looks like I could get under the standard height lift if I have a stock pickup as they look like they will just make it under the lift. I know I would like the higher lifting model but to spend double the money just to lift an extra 41/2 feet seems like a lot. I have never seen one of these for sale used. If I bought the shorter one and had to sell the lift do you think there is much of a market for one? My alternative is to buy a vehicle lift and lift the car or truck over the boat. Thoughts?

I'd probably look at buying a second condo. At least you would have equity in that; not depreciation.

That would be nice but the cost for the shorter lift is $4,500 and the taller one is $7,500 so for not much I can double my storage space. That is much less than purchasing another unit. The units go for about $40K each.
