TX has the same law, except only it is born after Sep 1 1993. For any type of boat / PWC above 15hp.

This year in Washington anyone under 60 is now required. It has been phasing in for the last few years now.

Millions of people have certificates (licenses) to drive, They are even tested before they can get one.
No more need for insurance and traffic court, correct? They have a certificate after all, know the laws, and won't break them.. It's all window dressing, arseholes will be arseholes, piece of paper or not. |
In MO they take a few days and teach the course in high schools now
