I've been wondering. How hard would it be to have one of those aluminum boats cockpit reconfigured. Aluminum welding is a relatively common skill right? I'd think it'd be easier or cheaper than if it were fiberglass.

Even if they gave the boat away for FREE by the time you make it right it is still worth LESS than what it would take to make it right.

I have the Copeland 46 at my shop in Slidell La. I would be happy to answer any Questions you have about the boat. The family also has the 56ft Phenomenon, it can be bought rigged or de rigged, Call me 504-496-5986

Both great boats, but looking for a open cockpit, the 56 would be out of my price range beautiful boat.
