We had 13 people in a 38 Statement running 65+ in St. Pete a couple years back.

Awesome boat.

the only thing is I think you would have to put load sensors in the front. Boat stays under 40 with a load ahead of the windsheild. that way the idiots can't go 90 miles per hour with people ahead of the windshield. But it's seating behind the windshield is good I would think high-performance would be very safe in the boat just not in the front of the boat (at cruising only)

Going to be pretty damn tough or impossible to get one of these to 90+ mph. Maybe quad 350 Verado's but I doubt it....

out of curiosity what is the big difference, is it simply weight?
to a non expert like me I see the same hull with light outboards

I think that stands for any of the CC lux market boats. NT has got there I think with the 7 marine model and I am betting the OL will see that #.

I also think Statement could do it if they wanted too but not sure they care to stear to that direction, could be wrong though.

thanks for all of your input.50% of what I like about the boat that i have is the sound of it idling at the dock. A 2.5 Merc sounds pretty damn cool idling. But two of those things are not going to push a statement past 50 miles an hour. Once again thank you so much for your input
