I guess it is hard for me to swallow after the badass merc 2.5 and all the old OMC 2 strokers that would most likely bury these 4 pokes.

Who ever desiged those pieces of chit should be made to drag their own gallow up the hill and tie their own noose . I love the way if they don't spin out they just lay over on their side for a 100 feet until they eventually do spin or the driver gives up.
Put those motors on a nice 22-24 cat and that would be fun and about a 100 times safer than those spinning out rolling over tossing drivers and running them over slowvees.

down here the tri hull racing is what I call "stupid fun"
I built the hulls
modified glastron 166" bottom
with a single driver enclosed top deck with racing fairing and sides foam filled for side impact
there is lots of better vidios from shore showing how much air they get
down straights,,,,
