Default What are your offseason plans for your boat

I thought it would be cool to hear what kind of projects people have planned for this off season, here are mine

Formula:
Pull both motors, again
Upgrade coolers, lines with Hardin kit
Swap cams for 525 EFI cams
Install Holley Terminator EFI systems
Replace port side trim tab cable
Have rear bench recovered, vinyl pieces on gunwales recovered
Fix the speedometer
Fix the gas gauge

Crownline:
Yank wounded motor
Replace cracked block in 350 mag mpi I bought for it, finally make this boat turn key so I don't have to hear my wife b!tch about not being able to start it when cold.
Possibly convert to a bravo, already have the parts for this, motivation is the problem.

I don't know how much of this I will get done, but it will be fun to look back next May and realize how pathetic my execution is. Curious to hear what others have planned.
