Clay bar and a good polishing compound after that.

Collinite fiberglass boat cleaner will take it off too but be prepared to do the entire deck. You won't believe how dirty your deck is,, this gets it super white!

There is a product we have around New York called ( on off) you spray it on and then hose it off. It will be gone in 2 seconds. It's ok for gel coat just don't get it on your trailer, aluminum or galvanized , it also takes off the pond scum and crap you pick up from the dredges of our planets decay . Just look up " on & off" and you will find it. I would say it will take you wax off. Just re- apply and your good

The Works Toilet bowl cleaner should make them disappear in seconds. Rinse very very well and re wax.

I don't know if I would use On Off on the deck, that stuff can be nasty and you wouldn't want it in the water.

I use FSR on my boat for pond scum, calcium, rust and anything you don't want on there. This stuff is amazing.

I wouldn't use an acid on the deck either, use a clay bar and then wax it. I also had a lot of stuff showing up on my deck. it turned out as the weather got cooler people were firing up furnaces and the soot was landing on it.
