I think it went quick because I priced it reasonable to the current market. Of course I lost my a$$, but I don't do this for profit, and spending money on boats keeps me out of the whorehouses and keeps me working on them and learning. If I wanted every dollar I spent on the boat back I would have marketed it 10K higher and owned it for another 2 years before I ended up blowing it out for less than I took for it.
It's all about priorities and I wanted to be in a buying position over the winter, which means my boat needed to be gone, and now I am ready when the right boat comes along.
