The Scarab 30 just above your post is a great example of what I want and actually seems way cleaner than what I was hoping to find.

Since I plan on redoing a lot from day one, I am not looking to find a visually pretty boat. Just want a good running boat that I can start building on.

My current boat was the exact opposite of what I want now. I bought something very very clean that I had to do nothing on. Now I want to get my hands a but dirty this time.

Thanks for the info. Just like a new boat in ten years there will be depreciation. The new boat will depreciate more due to the higher value and price.
