im looking at buying a used plain jane MPI 350 drop in ready. preferably kodiak (KEM) or marine power. through hours of google searches ive came up with nothing. does anyone know a good source for something like this? ive found a million volvo pentas and mercs usually carb'd.

I'm not really clear on what you mean by drop in ready.
Are you referring to including all brackets, pullies. belts, carbed, and distributor or to a long block to replace existing powerplants?
