Looks like the correct answer is SKATER!

399 VEE | Skater

Although this is our first V-hull carrying the Skater name, our prior V-hull experience is rather substantial. We built many of the original Fountain 35, 42 and 47 race boats for Fountain and helped to set them up in their winning ways. We also built the first stepped 46 Cigarette and constructed the 46 “Kilo” boat for Cigarette. Needless to say, our 399 incorporates the best V-hull attributes and is “State of the Art” when it comes to bottom design. So successful was this hull in racing that the current 39 “Outerlimits” race boat is almost an exact duplicate of our 399 bottom and does not even remotely resemble any of their other hull designs. What does that tell you?

So it appears that I have gave some false information. And some of the things listed in Skaters paragraph aren't exactly "true". Skater did not design or build any plugs or molds for any hull or deck of any Fountain...ever. They simply "assembled" a few of them. As for the Outerlimits, Mike combined two hulls. A Fountain and a Cigarette I believe to get his hull.. Do not quote me on that but I know it was a Fountain and something else.
