I think you are talking about TX and other upper gulf states cause South FL has not had a hurricane in a long time.

We know it is something you north folks like to toss around though......FYI.......it already is hurricane season too.

Nah, that extension of hurricane season is liberal hype.... There's an old saying about "June- too soon, September-you must remember, October- all over."
I must be due to start snowbirding... I'm using terms like "liberal hype" and quoting old maritime sayings.

Lol......my dad sent me a pic from the shore up there and it didn't look too cold for that just yet. Pics can be deceiving though.

Yeah, well my prick of an uncle just sent me a pic of him near Matlacha Pass, and it's 55 and raining here. You guys win. My lashing out may be caused by some butthurt this morning.

Charley in 2004 was the only "H" in the last 30 years and it was a cat 4 and didn't do that much damage, we've been blessed, but like I said I'm staying out of this conversation this year, we love the LOTO........................or we wouldn't be buying another house back there.
