In season 1, they referred to the boat as "Their Cigarette Boat" and Chris Craft pulled their sponsorship!

Wow.......pretty touchy about that weren't they. Guess that could have been the downfall of Chris Craft right there huh? I looked around but couldn't find anything about that. How did you know that little piece of trivia?

You know what......pretty close. I was married in 85-87 and had the 3-4 day beard fashion and the clothing thing going on. Didn't have the power boat and drug thing going on, just a Hobbie Cat 16 and beer, but I was on the water. As I remember it.....the 80's was all about hair too, and long was in. Check this out from late 87 in Tahiti.............whoa!
