I just want if for the cockpit, not so sure I want it premanently adhered tho. How is it with retaining water? I'd like the Faux wood in orange w/ the edges & lines in purple. Is that do-able anyone know?

It is peel and stick so it has to be permanent. But you can unstick and stick a new piece if it gets damaged.

Dries very quickly, and I don't think they have purple but look on the website I might be mistaken.

I looked at the color guide & they didnt have either color. Saw a few pictures where it looked like they had done some custom coloring. I sent them an email.

Here is ours on formula 350 cbr

We really like it.
Going to put it on the rear swim platform on a fountain this winter. Non teak look for it though.
Waves & Wheels does great on templates and installs.

This is the color we have settled on. Just waiting to get the boat out of hibernation.....

How about if you make one template of the entire platform perimeter then use a blade to slice out the cut outs once installed? Should be easy

It's so funny you wrote that. Our rule is shoes off and they all go under the rear bench. Nobody is allowed to board with shoes on. My seven year old son is the enforcer. He lets everyone coming aboard know what to do and where to put them.....even if they have been on the boats many times beforehand. Still cracks me up to hear him sounding like a flight attendent to our guests. Glad to hear I'm not the only one!

+1 we use what is referred to as template paper here but it's basically just heavy construction paper available at most art supply stores. If it's held in one place you definitely can create the template.

I've seen many a boat w/ No Shoes Please decals on them. Won't find them on my boat, I'll be utilizing the same broken record ENFORCER method your son does! It will sink in fairly quickly for the repeat guests. Most are already beat down from joining me on my previous boat anyway!
