The video kinda doesnt do the wave heights justice. In person, standing there, really gave me a much better perspective on how nasty it was out there. I could look out as far as the eye can see towards the horizon, and still see swells up/down. I don't know what they were exactly from a NOAA buoy measurement, but I would say well into the teens.

NOAA buoy mid lake maxed at 21 feet just before noon but was in teens a good part of the day. As of now southern Lake Huron is kicking up 15 footers at buoy off Goedrich
