Most organizations have banned the Weismann transmissions.

So a technology that could increase speed and fuel efficiency has been banned. What a brilliant thing to do.

Laith Pharaon and John Tomlinson went undefeated in the Open Class in Zero Defect with Weismann Multi-Speeds and Weismann Dry Sumps in the 1990s and soonafter the transmissions were banned. Similar scenario in Class 1.

So true and by banning multi-speeds they killed the diesels in UIM1 as well!

Zero Defect is now FREEDOM US1. I shift my two speeds Transmissions every time I take it out. Race to Bimini and back in 2010 and basically run the crap out of it every time I take it out . Speed Shift Transmissions built them and they work great!! Maybe some day I'll make a video of them shifting .
