Is that an every weekend occurance or a special like "raft off" event like the title says?

Every weekend is big but this is a special annual event in August.

How come everything has to happen in august... There is never anything June or July and everything is crammed in august haha

Iv'e been to some pretty large raft offs, or so I thought. Chicago scene boat party in the Playpen, Islamorada in the keys until I saw this video. Wow!!!!
