We are near the lake but it was blowing at a minimum 3-5 in the morning and worse in the afternoon with large heavy rollers. The waves were crashing over our neighbors docks and over our breakwall. Not sure where you were running Phil but it was all bad near our end of the river. Looked more like october or november out there!

Kinda like a vintage Cadillac- sure the outside bodywork looks good in pictures, but you know it's leather interior with a lot of miles on it, and when you open it up you hope it ain't musty.

next time ill break out my tape measure... maybe they were 3 or 4 footers. it was a guestimate.. moral of the story is cafes are great riding boats.

I doubt there's much ride difference in big water compared to a straight TG. Difference is 2.5 feet ? subtract the length of the notch and they're more or less even. Have run hard with guns when its gotten nasty out and seemed well matched.
