It is my belief that this new engine is NA,not boosted. The photos I have been shown also indicate it has a sportmaster lower and is intended for surfacing, has an offshore clamp bracket and facilities for wingplates. I also believe it to be considerably lighter than the 667lbs of the SCI

I love that sentence "Fazza will be testing out the newly developed, reliable 350Hp XCAT Mercury 4 stroke engines." Newly developed and reliable are somewhat contradictory. I'm sure they've been tested like crazy but....

Yea my track record with new Merc engine lines needs a little work. As much as I would love more horse power I think I'll sit this one out on the side lines and let someone else volunteer to to do Mercury's R and D.
