What's a fair price for a 1996 fountain fever 29...

Looking at purchasing a 27 or 29 Fever... What would be a fair price to pay for a 1996 fountain fever 29, 190 freshwater hours, mint condition, 500 blue motor?

A 27 just ended on eBay at $19995 or best offer. Did you get in on that one? I don't think it sold??
