Why does it say Not for sale to US residents while in US waters

It was registered in the Carribean to avoid US sales tax so it has to be sold outside the USA.......so they do the closing 3 miles offshore.

FL recently limited the tax to 18k (6% up to 300k purchase price) on all boats in an attempt to stop the offshore registrations, SC does it better, tax is $300 no matter what the boat costs!

Looks sweet. Big wide cruisers like this can draft very little. Especially with surface drives.
