I figured there was some sort of cooling issue, or at least it wasn't ideal. But the new Hardin/Goodwin multi stage pump shows this isn't a one and done project. From the little bits I've seen it really looks like the people involved are attempting to make this a little more main stream for the big power crowd .

imo,anytime a person tries to marinize an engine like this small problems can show up.no doubt in my mind these will be bad hombre,s.i personally can,t wait to see the outcome of these engines in the new skaters.i had the opportunity to see one of these engines in the high compression carbed application and it is PREEETY!

Well. one thing is certain, They are going to be well tested in this new Skater. Best of luck and I will be anxiously awaiting further news.

That is a pretty engine but if I was going to spend that kind of money it wont have pushrods.

i will bet that these motors will run 2000 hp in race trim with reliability. they didnt star with a clean sheet and over 600 cubes to beat mercury by 50 hp

I guess if the motors run more than 5 hrs they have surpassed the mercury 1650.

You might want to talk to bob bull of cms if you don't think the merc 1650,s wont run over 5 hours,he has run the crap out of these with 100,s of hours without a hiccup..

Put a few of these motors in the race circuit like gieco boat then I will believe. What is the valve train maintenance? Titanium valves?
