Default What is going on at the Norwegian power boat scene

The Norwegian boat building tradition goes long way back, started with the Viking ships. We have been known for quality and seaworthy boat production for many years. Not as classy as the Italian produced boats, and not as hot as the Powerboats from
US. But still we have some quite nice producers and brands. I will present 4 producers in this thread, no comercial interest pure general boating interest. Also have to mention that as most of you know, Nils and Trond guys behind Nort Tec are from Norway
And started their first production here. If I am not wrong the boats where named High Tech then. I hope that this small thread will be of interest for you guys.

Hi!

The design of the Hydrolift 24RR is great

However, if we compare the speed obtained with a Hydrolift 24RR with a 600 sci (typically 83-86 real world mph) with Outerlimits SV29's (103-106 mph) something is not adding up. However, my thought is the length of the running surface and air resistance.
