Just a question, Would SBI have been better advised to say in there racers contract we all sign that no safety is offered and race at your own risk?

Oh.. BTW.. PS.. Let me get this straight, An old lady gets a verdict, (reduced later) for 2.7 Mill, for getting her seldom used, (I would think) private part burned. Grattons gets less then 2 mill for loss of life, (no matter how, or why it happened) The legal system SUX. That's all folks. iddbibidudilut dot. It's ALL about mathematics and the legal dudes bragging rights. NOTHING to do with right and wrong. (see my previous disclaimer RE; attorneys) <JIC> |

Typ. attorney, lawsuit BS. How come Ford wasn't in the law suit not providing "adequate" measures to hold a "potentially" dangerous beverage? Chew on this for a while.

We have many beaches here near me. Most all had lifeguards. Now, the lifeguard stands are left behind empty of all but a sign that says "No Lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk." We know the answer why. Sad....really. |

I understand your comment. Did not meant to be disrespectful and I will correct. My mothers part is pretty much "unused" as well. I meant to correlate the old lady's injury, VS a loss of life. Poorly worded and agreed.

Until one night I stumbled across a documentary about it and it completely changed my perspective.. |
Just another example of the sheep in this country and where it is heading. If this keeps up and we keep succumbing to the leftists we will all be driving Google controlled Segways with bright orange reflective vests.
