Question Trying To Post An Add in Classifields

I do not know where else to ask this question, but where can I go or who can I talk to for help. I also sent an email to the "info" address two days ago with no reply.

I am trying to post an add in Classifieds and I am having no luck (I have placed adds in the past with no problems), I have tried 4 times using both Firefox and Safari. All the information fields are filled in, all the photos are in place, I click next and the screen looks like it is loading. But after a few seconds ALL the fields go blank.

Could someone please explain to me why this is happening or tell me what I need to differently.

Okay, now it appears the software doesn't resize the photos.

Well, I guess they don't want me to place an add in OSO Classifieds. I exported and resized the pictures to small and the site said it is too big?!?! When Craigslist, a free site will resize them for you as will Boat Trader!

Not very good OSO, no one replied to my email and I still cannot place an add after trying several different approaches over the course of two days.

I resized them to small and it still wouldn't take. I don't know how much smaller is small? It really shouldn't be difficult in this day and age.

I will send her a message, thanks.
