I just wanted to share my new pride and joy with you all. Jo and that gang at Pantera built a boat that I am very proud to own. I picked all the options and additions and Jo made it all happen. I even designed the paint using Photoshop and Danger Kitty's Pantera pictures. I modeled it off of several graphics, but the cig Patriot was the major inspiration. I ordered the boat in February and originally had a different paint in mind but after all the 9/11 crap I decided I wanted to make a statement. The boat has a Merc 575 and the new ITS system.

And so I give you my 2003 Pantera named Patriot Games ( After Tom Clancy's novel). There are other Pictures and a blurb about the boat on the Pantera Owners thread.

Am I missing something??????? I don't see the link to see the pictures of the boat under the MSN gallery. I didn't see the boat in the Pantera Owners thread either. What gives??

The link isn't underlined for some reason, just mouse over the words Pantera Pictures and that is the link. Thanks for the kind words folks, I am very excited about my new boat!

I did see the link to the MSN page, but then I just see a normal looking MSN page with the usual stuff. I don't see any pictures or anything about your boat.

That's all I get too.

It was a pleasure building Von Bongo a new custom made 28 Pantera built to his specs.I hope he enjoys it for many years.

I am not sure of the problems logging in to his pics.,but I do know in the Pantera section he put the pictures he took yesteday of his new boat.

Real nice boat and I'm partial to the graphics. It looks like a real bad ass boat. Your 1st post was a little confusing, I went to the Pantera website to look for the pictures--instead of the OSO Pantera thread. The MSN one had no pictures at all.

That is a sweet looking boat! What is the beam and actual centerline of that boat?

Beam is 8 feet and 28 foot centerline. Boat feels much, much biger than the 27 Fountain I had before it.

KILLER looking boat!!! That is a great size and horsepower combination.

"Compared to my 27' Fountain" ....By the time you cut that beak off, that would make it a what.....22, 23 footer :eek:
You now have a true 28' hull under you!!

One last thing, YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING!!! In the pic of the V-berth looking out, you are wearing shoes in that brand new boat????!!!!!!! :( :(

That's definately a good size boat. It's probably the size of a lot of peoples 30'ers. Do they offer a microwave or is there just not enough room?

Jo will put anyting you want in there, I have shore power so I can run a microwave but I didn't want one permanent because of weight and other factors. The sink and cooler were the first time in a while they have put one in and I am very happy with how it came out.

I can put a Microwave or any other items you would like to have in the cabin.We build the entire boat custom made to owners specs.I put in for Mike a sink and built in cooler in the cabin and added a shore power outlet.

We have also done A/C units in the cabin for customers.

The boat is a 28 footer without the aluminum swim platform length and has an 8 foot beam.The bottom is a full 24 degree deep v with a complete hand laid race lamination.We put all the best parts into each boat standard for rough water abuse.

We never duplicate any two boats alike.
