I'm pretty sure it's the same hull as the Jefferson marlago, marlin and Dakota. So you could get yourself a nice used one that definitely already exists! Lol
There is a new 37' marlago that will debut soon too, same hull stretched. Supposedly will be $250k.

Definitely those same hulls as you listed hogie roll. The problem is the changes that Frisina had made to the hulls. The CC's have ALL had problems with the transom areas breaking. The changes to both the bottom running surface (ie steps) and the transoms being cut down are a big part of the first 36CC lawsuit starting in the near future.

I've heard of this transom issue and I've also heard of people bracing them somehow? Do you have more info? I'm curious because mine is originally a 2 stroke boat now with 4 strokes. Thanks

I'm not aware of the problem on the transom on the brands you listed. Im referring to the Sonic transoms which were cut down. They have been putting an aluminum bracket over the transom but this may only hide the problem not solve it. The owner of the first 36 CC with the redesign who is going to court soon had to have the transom completely rebuilt with carbon fiber in order to make the boat seaworthy. Very expensive repair and tore apart a brand new boat ( so I've been told).

I thought the thread would die around the 15k mark but apparently interest is high. I think my last Frisina thread hit about 35k views.( not that this is my thread) New record maybe? I think with the appearance of those new boats in Miami it would have been better for him to just do the right thing in the first place. How many sales will these OSO threads prevent and or save potential victims.

Split the deck and running surface, pull some molds and put it back together as a new boat. Does anyone know who or where that boat from the classifieds went?

The molds had been available. I believe that boat actually sold by Xtreme Marine went overseas(islands?) or such. Either way I think the molds had been here in S Fla recently available and were definitely available in 2010/11 after the builders death.

Chuck
I don't have a dog in this fight nor do I have anything to gain. With that being said, I do however have a simple question.
What would you consider the right thing to do? or more simply what is it that you would like to rectify the issue.

As far as I know he is not involved. It may look that way but I am almost positive he is not.
