Nate I know you said you love Camden but there are tons of other places to rent for the weekend. I understand Camden is in the heart of most the action after the shoot out which I'm sure is why you like it. If you want to be close to Ron's check out Red Oak Resort it's on the other side of the lake about a mile down. You won't have near the same experience of amenities that Camden has but Bulldogs Beach house is right next door smaller bar but I always have a good time. If you happen to look elsewhere and need some help just shoot me a PM and I would be happy to help you find something that would work for you.

Just FYI so you never have to guess, the Shootout is always the weekend before Labor Day weekend.

I will thank you, and appreciate it.

I am going to exhaust my efforts first for Camden as like you said it is a great action and amenities place like no other. It has a BIG appeal to us. If that fails we will let you know and see what it out there.

Our first year we stayed by Dog days and it was nice but too quite too much and not the party/fun environment we were looking for.

Ya.....this is what I get for letting my GF do the leg work. Since last year it was on the 23rd or something like that she just assumed it was the same dates without even looking. She is SUPER mad at herself at this as she enjoys this event as much or even more than me.

I have my usual suite at Camden but the rates seem to have went up a tad.

Ya we booked out "usual" room (6th floor suite at the end closest to Toads). Just booked the wrong week sadly.

If you hear of anything Greg or someone that might not show up, please shoot me a message. I am ok with the rate increase, too good of a time to worry about that.

Looking at Shady gators properties right now but don't think it would be the same and not even sure if they have docks for us to bring the boat.

Still own the Sonic and even if it sells I wont be boatless for long at all (have a few things I am hoping pan out). Heck even if it sells just before the shootout, I will buy a boat just to bring up and sell when I get back lol. We did dock side for 2 years and then last year finally got on the water via a rental. I don't think I could enjoy it as much dock side and while I could live with the deck boat again I much rather have a fun toy that I don't have to return at 6pm.
