Great advice. I wanted a pole barn, but the wife has to be in a subdivision. The garage is 30' x 52' attached to the house with a single 8' door and a 16' door. Now I need to see if the architect can design 10' high doors to fit.

I would go 12 high, in the event you ever buy a rv or sell to a rv owner it would fit their needs.
