Never ran an NXT but had 6's on a 39 TG. Can honestly say the NXT / 700 package is a little faster. 6's are longer. The new 8's are 2" shorter with an improved lower. Will see what the lower CG without burying the drive does for new boat. Will be able to give good comparison in three weeks.
