Well admitting you have a problem is the first step. I like the patch suggestion by Glassdave. This is a very serious addiction you've gotten yourself into. I've seen it start with others in a similar way in the past with Donzis and Formulas.....
On a lighter note, if you can keep it to one Cigarette every few years, you should be good to go.
