The biggest exporter has let prices plummet—delaying the day when climate concerns, efficiency, and fuel switching break the world’s dependence on crude.

In reality, most of the Saudi's budgets are based on oil prices at double what it is at now, hence the volume increase.

No the brightest crayon in the box.

Focus a bit more on Iran and Russia and there rise to world stage. It's been a rather dramatic ten year run....must have been some good long term investment's that propelled them to where they are today.
