Hmmm...all along I thought it was the Saudis behind the terrorism, my bad, it's environmentalists...sheesh.

In reality, most of the Saudi's budgets are based on oil prices at double what it is at now, hence the volume increase.

Focus a bit more on Iran and Russia and there rise to world stage. It's been a rather dramatic ten year run....must have been some good long term investment's that propelled them to where they are today.
