read some of Brian's victory marine tab thread. got interested. then found the bad news. apparently victory tabs passed away with brian. is there a tab plate that can be run by dual ram bennet actuators with a bit more length and "offshoreness" to it? or can 280's be adapted? (i know anything CAN be adapted to anything...ever see a big dog motorcycle?) doesn't mean it is a good idea or will work well. some of bennetts newer tabs look promising but i don't know if the plates will work with early actuators. there is a bennett tab guy on OSO. anybody remember who he is?

Could it be tabman? Saw a 2013 post on another forum about tabs. Says he posts on about 20 or so boating sites. He is/was with Bennett Marine. Name is Tom McGow. Looks like he tries to help anyone with tab problems or questions, whether they have Bennett tabs or something else.
Evidently he posts here as well, as late as Nov, 2014.

I have a set of Lenco ? tabs minus rams that are same length and width as 280 K planes. These might be easier to retro fit to your Bennett rams. Text me at 941-681-1870 and I'll send some pics I have on my phone.
