Very nice work.

Next dash I do, I am going to make up a template of the with all the gauges and switches and wire that on my bench. When I can get as far as I can I will transfer the loom to the boat and finish it. Never done this but that is how manufacturers do it. Sure would be easier on the body.

Did a little plumbing today. The box is installed, the hydraulic steering is almost done, the gauges are installed and the boat is wired. The bilge pumps are glued in place ( all three ) Tomorrow I install the canopies and the rub rail. Next week I should get my engine parts back from the machine shop. ( it took forever to get the crank from CROWER )

Wow it is heard to form 3/16 stainless tubing. And flaring it was no fun either. Only had to re bend one of them a little.

That picture is from inside the box. Looking through the outdrive opening.

note to self when working with black 4200 sealant. WEAR latex gloves. That crap is runny and gets on everything.

It has been a long time since I have built anything with so many pretty parts. ( And expensive as hell too )
