The boat goes to have the gel coat on the bottom and other places fixed. And while it is there the dash gauge holes are going to get filled. and the exhaust holes and others on the transom also. After it comes back from there then the new gauges go in and the boat will get rewired. ( the wiring was a mess ) Then the extension box goes on and the new motor goes in. A lot of work to do in the next 5 weeks.

Good luck. Don't put to much pressure on yourself with a timeframe. That's a lot of work. Can't wait to keep seeing pics as you go.

I like how the back seat comes out! That will make it easy to work on.

Next step is installing the extension box. going up a little more. Was at 1 inch above - thinking on going up another 1 1/2 inches. At least going up 1 inch.
I had the bottom of the outdrive cut out filled 1 1/2 inches. and all of the bolt holes filled. Had ALL of the screw and bolt holes in the engine compartment filled and the entire engine compartment painted with awlgrip.
