Unique to MTI. I'm not sure how long ago they started doing it (been a while), but all newer MTI's have fill necks on both sides and can be tilted either way. No worries about any other fluids either. Skaters still have both fillers on one side and tilt one way. Both systems work fine.

I think we have put more miles a year on the tilts than anyone .....with 22 boat shows 3 airshows countless NASCAR and show events , testing...and a racing season our trailers get some milage. We have learned a LOT of lessons with them as you would imagine.. Key components weight distribution across the axles, quality ofl running gear, ride height adjustment , weight across the structure/sub structure. WELDS WELDS WELDS and how stress is transmitted through the trailer to the boat (how much flex in the structure) vs the your clearances. Best of luck.

Wouldn't one want the rear two hydraulic pivots affixed to the front hydraulic pivot? I'd expect that one giant superstructure, while being a bit heavier, would still be better for the structural integrity of the boat.
