Who is coming to the party?

I'm in for the shootout.

I have to pass this year do to the new job and a few other already planned trips.

I'm pretty sure that we will be there.

We will be there with 6 boats.

Will be joining the Challenge again this year!!!

We will arrive Wed eve and leave out sunday. Love this event. Texas hospitality !!:drink:

I would be there for sure, but will be on the road for work during the event. Bummer!!

This will be our first time. I'm pumped!

What ramp should we use? We have a slip at the Kemah Boardwalk Marina.

The ramp under the kemah bridge on the kemah side. when you get down there you wont miss it. there will be cranes, boats, trucks, signs etc. It is right by the boardwalk marina.

Will there be a slow to medium running group this year?

Stopped in there when I picked up my boat, that is one cool place. A lot of boat traffic coming in & out!

This year we are bringing a helicopter and I plan to be in the air a lot.

We are scheduling private photo shoots on Friday morning before the shootout runs.
(PM if interested)

Also- for those of you interested we are planning to do a free public shoot from Kenny's to TopWater after the party.
The plan is for all those interested to mill at the mouth of the river and then run in loose formation to the restaurant.

Stay tuned for more details-there are so many boats at this run it's difficult to get everyone.
Formation run can cover a lot of boats in a limited time-
it's a way to make sure that people who really want pix get in the frame. :drink:

Mouth of which River? technically speaking the Main river in the area is the San Jacinto. There is Clear Creek at Kemah Boardwalk or Dickenson Bayou at the Topwater grill. thanks

You have the Powerplay on the beach at kennys last year?

I want in on a heli photo shoot. I'll be at Kennys.

That was my Powerplay at Kenny's.

Well, I called it a river, but it could be a creek. Whatever the tributary is the house is on.
Do you guys think it's a good idea? Seems like it because everyone is in one place. How far it is to Topwater from there?
I am open to suggestions.

no,,,we just picked up briians powerplay that he had yrs ago
trying to dial in the 27 with the triped ported offshore 2.5 s for the under 30v
so if u see it ,,,take a few shots as this will be its 1st poker run

If anyone needs a room I have an extra one at the Holiday Inn , 2 blocks from Kemah Boardwalk.

We will have 2 30' outboard Spectre's. It would be great to get a pic of them.
