Keep your eyes open for a 350 mpi take out this summer and fall and grab one when you see it for 4-5k. Hold onto your tbi until spring and sell it to someone with a cracked block. Parts wise you might even break even. If it costs you 500-1000 it’s still money well spent. factory reliability and 330 hp. Keep
your shift linkage for the shift interrupt on the alpha.
say you wanted to keep your current motor and try to get to the same horsepower. Start with a carb (300 used), intake (200) ignition (1000 ish for msd), we haven’t touched gaskets, labor, a cam etc.
If that’s not enough Procharge it next winter for 6k or
so and make 490 on 5psi. And add in a bravo swap lol.

Are you doing the programimng ?
What year is the motor ?Your sure Vortec? 8 intakerbolts or 12 ?
350 hp with your stock shortblock and Vortec heads 218/224 LSA Comp Cam. 650cfm carb or equivqlnt t-body .You can keep stock HR lifters.
Will need better springs/ pin studs or thread for screw ins. Some guide work for better springs or there are some beehives out their that don;t. Alex's Parts? Forget the name.

Okay, cool. Somehow I thought you had an EFI motor. Probably from the title of the thread. Another reason why people should begin by starting there own thread vs continuing someone else's.
Anyway, so you have a Tbolt V system ? With or without knock sensor ?
