It is a VERY valid question. Especially when it's a new class and people are spending money to rig boats to race!!

If u r so concerned and looking for an offical answer about the class you should call the SBI office, SBI doesnt not have an account on OSO and wouldnt not reply in a public form.
Are u interested in building a boat for the class?
