I spoke to the salesman about it at the Dallas Boat Show, and was told the same thing. I noticed it's still sitting on their lot in Lewisville last week. It was very nice boat, but 160K? There were a couple of them at the show well into 100K plus range with two big motors hanging off of them.

Hey, I will say this - although I hate driving them, it sure is nice to have a buddy with one to tie off to in a nice cove, especially when he has a gas grille on the front and an enclosed head in the back. That way I can mooch off of his burgers that he is grilling up, and my wife and daughters can go over there and use his head instead of mine! :evilb::drink:
Third, when I'm that age I will probably consider it to be a major victory to get out of bed, much less go out on the water in any kind of boat. I admire their spunk to still be boating at that age. ;) |
