I know you are not the first or only person to go through this, but after reading your story, If I were in your shoes I think I would have given up.
Good thing you had/made some friends to keep you on the water all this time, and you had the drive to push through it all. I don't know you and we will likely never meet, but I'm very happy for you and hope the future holds many happy days of boat ownership.

Congrats Greg. I won't remind you of " the two happiest days" of a boat owners life, but will share this. When doing a restore always multiply the expected cost buy 2 to the power of ten! Don't ask how I know. If you need some spare boat parts my man cave is pretty well stocked right now....
