Which gauges for racing layout?
 
Are the stacked diagonal gauges water pressure and oil pressure?

if you are referring to the indicators on top of the dash those are trim indicators.

That was my guess too, they seem to match the dials in Livorsi's catalog images. Any idea why oil temp isn't a main concern?

Looks like a DW outboard boat,my guess would be water temp and fuel pressure
