I need a pic of the original Skater 19' cat (sort of). I am writing a story on cat development, and if you get me a pic, I will let you all read it.

Here are a ton of pics of one. I believe their was an 18 and an 18s. The S was a true tunnel without a center pod. Can I read the story? Thanks

Give me a call and I can send you a picture with 5 of them all together (one the very first) "skaterfest"--1980

My first boat was an 18' Skater with a 200 Black Max ( think it was called that ) we had some serious fun on that boat!

This 18 has been for sale for a long time now. Surprise Ron hasn't bought it :party-smiley-004:

Would be awesome! At the same time if someone showed up in one and no one knew what it was there prob would be a lot of heads turned sideways and ridicule. A lot sure has changed. From small "craft boats" then to the masterpiece's he creates now. Wonder if Pete ever kept any for the "archives"?

Wonder what the insurance would be?... insurance reps get the giggles and start planning vacations when there is mention "skater"
