Thanks for posting the photo of the Chief. This is the WARPATH that will be running in the Around Long Island Race. The original WARPATH was an Apache 41, that ran back in the 80's.

If you have any other photos of entrants, please feel free to put them up here so people have a chance to see the boats and crews that are running.

We have been trying to find a recent photo of the Outerlimits 43 that ran in Abu Dhabi earlier this year. If Freeze Frame has a photo of that boat, everyone would enjoy seeing it.

Thanks Jeff.....that is the Outerlimits boat that will be trying to set a new record for the race.

I am sure the WARPATH and the Outerlimits will have a great race together.

The WARPATH has Ilmors and the Outerlimits has Mercury power, butin the 2011 race, the two Joe's ran and won with Ilmor power.

Bobby Saccenti and his wife Yoko. Bobby rigged the new WARPATH and was in England when the boat took home the Guernesey Trophy. He may be in NY to see the boat battling it out for the win on August 22nd.

We have heard from the team that set the NY to Bermuda record, but are not sure if they will be ready in time for our August 22nd date.
